He grew up in Bosqueville and China Spring. He was later commissioned by Highland Baptist Church in ministry to the Rio Grande Valley and Guatemala through the organization he and Jenny founded, The Master’s Harvest.
Kenny was a rock-steady friend and family man and he took great pride in his work. He spent the first years of his career serving as a first responder with the Waco Fire Department. He then founded Ingram Electric through which he was able to serve many families and businesses over the years in Waco.
His latter years were given to his passion for serving the under-served population of Oak Cliff in Dallas. He could always be found making a new friend, teaching a neighborhood kid how to build, make or fix something, and was always starting another project to improve the ministry site.
Kenny dearly loved and lived for his family, especially his grand-kids and great grandkids. His greatest joy came from spending time with them telling long-winded stories or goofy “Dad jokes” or showing off his many projects. He was proud of his work and mostly proud of his family. He was charismatic, impactful, and his legacy will never be forgotten by those who knew and loved him.
Kenny was preceded in death by his parents, William Haskell and Oledith Ingram; and sisters, Patsy Ditto, and Laurita Giles.
Kenny is survived by his wife of 52 years, Jenny Lou Ingram, of Dallas, TX; son, David Ingram and wife Elisia, of Marshall, TX and their children, Davey, Piper and Denny as well as Davey’s wife, Jordan and his great-grandchildren, Rosemary and Eloise; daughter, Kristi Shanahan, of Dallas, TX and her daughter, Marlee; sister, Peggy Rhea, of Rockwall, TX; brother, John Ingram of Salem, OR, plus numerous nieces, nephews, other family, friends, and beloved pets.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests gifts to Cliff House Ministries c/o The Master’s Harvest- 412 N. Lancaster Ave. Dallas, TX 75203 or www.mycliffhouse.org

Dear Jenny and family
We are so saddened by the loss of your dear husband, father, and grandfather. Kenny made a precious investment in the life of our daughter during his work with young adults in the RGV some years ago, and we are forever grateful.
May he rest in peace, and may you experience the peace of God that transcends understanding.

Dear Ingram Family,
I am so sorry for your loss. He was an incredible man of God. He lives on mission wherever he was. He had a profound impact on me. Growing up I distinctly remember visiting his mission down on the border. I always wanted to go into ministry/the mission field after seeing how impactful it was to give up your own comfort to help and serve people who need physical and spiritual resources. Meeting people’s physical needs is such an amazing way of sharing the love of Christ. Praying for his ministry to be able to continue and bless many people for generations.
I was stunned to hear the news of such a wonderful man meeting his Maker in person. SO many lives changed by this man and his legacy, including mine. I received my call to the ministry sitting on the edge of a cliff in the RGV near the compound. A spiritual hero of the faith to so many. Yall are in our prayers all of the Stokes clan hope to pay our respects.
Kenny,
I’ll never forget the many talks we had, and the many Godly words of wisdom you shared with me. “You need to not be just a “man,” Mando, but rather a Godly man.” I am the man I am today because of you. I repeat the words you said to me throughout the years to my children and raise them with the advice you gave Natalia and I. You touched so many lives. You introduced us to many great friends. Our marriage is what it is today because God used you to teach us. I still cannot fathom this, but I am happy that you are in Heaven. Natalia and I love you so much. “Don’t skip out on reading the word of God because you only have a few minutes or not enough time, Mando. Even just a few minutes is time well spent with the Lord.” Natalia and I love you, Kenny.
