Patricia Jean Bullard, 67, of Lacy Lakeview, passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2019, at Providence Hospice Place.
Memorial Service: 6:30pm, Friday, September 13 at The Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, 4911 North Interstate 35 Frontage Road, in Waco.
Patricia was born June 25, 1952, in Phoenix, Arizona to Benjamin and Maurine (Sessums) Morgan. She attended Abbott High School. October 3, 1973, she dedicated her life as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses and was baptized. She served faithfully and whole-heartedly for 46 years.
She loved being a homemaker and taking care of her husband and their four children. She loved her grandchildren and would spend as much time with them as she could crafting, painting and having tea parties. One of her many talents was decorating. She decorated many loved one’s homes and for countless graduations, weddings and showers.
Patricia lived a life filled with love and was constantly surrounded by loved ones. She always found the good in others, and never gave up on anyone.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 38 years, Newell Bullard, Sr.; son, Morgan Bullard; and parents, Benjamin and Maurine Morgan.
She is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Fields and husband, Eddie and Jessica Blanton; sons, Newell Bullard, Jr. and Matthew Bullard; sisters, Beverly Cantwell and husband, Mike and Brenda Schulz-Basye and husband, Keith; brothers, Billy Morgan and David Morgan and wife, Cathy; grandchildren, Carissa Logan, Rocky Bullard, Newell Bullard, III and wife, Mallory, Avery Fields, Brevin Fields and wife, Hannah, Zarin Fields, Kiley Bullard, Jasmine Bullard, Grace Blanton, and Molly Blanton; great-grandchildren, Kenneth, Hayden, Luke, Newell IV, and McAlister.

I’m sorry I’m late Mamaw. I’m in College now, it’s going okay I really wish you were here for the big things. I just started freshman year when you passed… it’s crazy how time flys. I still expect you to be dancing at my wedding, je t’aime, au revoir.
