Print Obituary & Condolences
I met Billy in Waco at TSTC in 1988. Even though I only new him briefly. But we met everyday at school. I was 20 years younger than he and he made a strong impression on me. Several years after school was over I would come to Waco and search him out. His work ethic was amazing and his stories I will always remember.
