Neil Anthony Chastain, 39, passed away Wednesday, September 22, 2021.
Service Information: Viewing will be held at 9:30 a.m., Tuesday, September 28, at St. Martins Catholic Church in Tours, 301 St. Martins Church Rd West, TX 76691, with the funeral mass immediately following at 10:00 a.m. Burial will follow the service in St. Martins Cemetery.

Neil was a sweet soul. I was so fortunate to have him as friend as we grew up at Connally. I’m praying for your family.

Neil is a friend you will never forget. I never saw him without a smile and he brought smiles to those around him. He will be truly missed, and my heart goes out to his family, as well as the rest of our Connally family. He touched so many lives, and we will always remember him as the amazing friend he was.

Neil was a great guy and friend. There was never a time Neil didn’t someone without a smile on their face. Prayers and condolences to your family during this time.
Neil was one of the kindest and funniest friends I’ve ever had. We would go years with busy lives and then talk for hours like we hadn’t missed a beat. Every conversation with Neil was uplifting for my soul. I remember many nights in college hanging out all night, with our small group, and just laughing so hard about nothing and everything, playing games on a patio or balcony, just enjoying the little things in life. My thoughts and prayers for your loved ones, dear friend. Thank you for being my buddy and always bringing joy and insight to every hang out or convo we had. You certainly made the world a brighter place.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing just now of your husband/dad and of sweet Neil. I can not believe this. I am blessed to say that Neil was probably one of my best friends and no matter how much time went by, he would check in periodically. Without fail….That’s the kind of friend you had in Neil.
