Daniel Henry Johnson, age 60, passed away in the early morning hours of Monday, September 6, 2022.
Memorial Service: 10AM Monday, September 12 at Lake Shore Funeral Home Chapel.
Daniel was born August 10, 1962 in Reagan to David and Marjorie Johnson. He was one of thirteen children and loved being a part of a large family. He worked as a prison guard when his kids were young then transitioned into working in construction. He enjoyed being a papa to his two grandchildren. He had a strong love for music and enjoyed dancing. One of his most cherished memories was dancing in the streets of Bremond with his mother. Daniel had the biggest smile that could light up any room. He loved to joke and have a good time.
Daniel was preceded in in death by his father, David Johnson; mother, Marjorie Shillings; stepfather, Don Shillings; brothers, Bill, Robert, and Thomas Johnson; and sisters, Patricia Gray, Kay Johnson, Vivian Williams, and Ruby Johnson.
Leaving to cherish his memory are his sisters, Nancy Wynn of Bremond, and Mary Gula and husband James of Lorena; children, Timothy Johnson, and Leslie Lafrance and husband Tyler; two grandchildren, Fynlee and Stetson LaFrance. Daniel also had several nieces and nephews that he loved dearly.
