Agnes Donaldson, 86, of Oglesby, passed away Sunday, August 7th.
Funeral Service: 10AM Wednesday, August 10th at Lake Shore Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park.
Visitation: 6 to 8PM Tuesday, August 9th at Lake Shore Funeral Home.
Agnes was born July 4, 1930, to the late Malcolm and Lola Bell (Pace) Jones in Waco. She attended Waco schools and retired from Safeway. She was a caring mother and grandmother who was much loved and will be missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Owen Donaldson; sisters, Oleata Jones, Melba Brown and Sue Tidwell; brother, Malcom Jones, Jr.; great-granddaughter, Kayla Renee Berryhill; and great-grandson, Joe Don Shaw.
Survivors include daughters, Cynthia Wilson and husband, Billy of Waco, Deborah Shaw and husband, Billy J. of Oglesby, Brenda Niemeier of Oglesby; son, Jeff Donaldson of Moody; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren; along with numerous other relatives.
Pallbearers will be Brandon Young, Jeffrey Donaldson, Larry Shaw, Billy Shaw, Larry Young and Brett Berryhill. Honorary pallbearers will be Colton Shaw, Cody Shaw and Ernest Willich.
Memorials may be made to Providence Hospice.

We lost a wonderful lady but heaven gains another beautiful angel that will always be watching over her loved ones and preparing a home in heaven so they will all be together again some day until we meet again a bright star will be shining down from heaven rest in peace Agnes you will always be loved and never forgotten .
Love you Aunt Agnes. All the sisters, brother and Granny & Grandaddy are celebrating in heaven together with all of their family that have gone before. Olita and Archie aren’t alone anymore. It is a joyous occassion for family and extended family. Love you all and miss you until later. Eternal happiness at home with the Lord.

I’ll miss your sweet face Aunt Agnes. I know you’re in a much better place though reunited with your siblings, parents and in God’s loving arms. One day we will have a big reunion in Heaven. I love you my sweet Agnes. To my cousins, even though she is gone she will always be with you in spirit. Rejoice for she is finally Home. ?
When I would visit Agnes before she got sick…I would ask her how she was doing. She would always say “I’m still here!” When she first went to St. Catherine’s….again she responded “I’m still here!”
Yes….”she is still here” in our hearts. Those we love can never be more than a thought away….for as long as there’s a memory they live in our hearts to stay!
My sincere condolences to the entire Donaldson family. May God’s grace help you through this time. I am truly blessed to be a part of this family. Agnes had such a beautiful spirit. Now she walks with Jesus. I will always remember her beautiful smile. I pray to see you again one day. Sending prayers and love to the family.
Mrs. Donaldson was such a beautiful lady. It was an honor and privlege to provide excellent care to her. My thoughts and prayers are sent to her very loving, devoted family during this bittersweet time.
