Ann Prikryl passed away Saturday, April 23, 2023 in Waco, Texas at age 91.
Memorial Service: 2PM Saturday, May 6 at Lake Shore Funeral Home
She was born July 22, 1931 in Malone, Texas to Albert and Augusta Schulz. She grew up in Central Texas, attending school in Malone with her two brothers and four sisters. Ann married Thomas Prikryl July 26, 1952. They had three children; Susan, Gary, and Sandra. When her children were young, Ann worked as a homemaker and in the fresh meat department at several local grocery stores. Thomas and Ann opened Prikryl Marine Service in September 1976 with their son Gary. Ann managed the banking and title functions at Prikryl Marine right up to the week of her passing. In addition to her work, Ann enjoyed working in her yard, visiting with her beauty shop friends, and being with her family. Ann will forever be remembered for her kind spirit and love for her family.
She is survived by her husband of 70 years, Thomas Prikryl; daughter, Susan Helton and husband Bill; son, Gary Prikryl; daughter, Sandra Breedlove and husband Larry; three grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
