Anna V Hefley Kelly, 90, of Waco, passed away Sunday, February 28, 2021 at home.
Due to COVID-19 mandates, a private family graveside service will be held Friday, March 5, at Crawford Cemetery officiated by her sons.
Anna V Hefley was born April 18, 1930 in Shamrock, Texas to Daniel Webster Hefley and Willie Verda Collier. She graduated in 1947 from Wheeler High School in Wheeler, Texas. In the fall of 1949, she married John H. Kelly in Clovis, NM. God blessed them with three sons, Lonnie (Phil) Kelly, Steven Kelly and John Kelly, seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Anna V was preceded in death by her husband; her mother and father; one brother; two sisters; and one grandson.
She is survived by three sons, Phil and wife, Doris Kelly, Steven and wife, Patricia Kelly and Baby John Kelly; grandchildren, Kristie Davis, Karla Cahill, Brian Kelly, Christopher Kelly, Stephanie Weatherby, and Kent Kelly; great-grandchildren, Kelly Ann Davis, Braedan Kelly, Isaac Kelly, Lydia Kelly, Elijah Kelly, Adam Kelly, Kieran Kelly, Stella Kelly, Duke Weatherby, Lucy Weatherby, Tinsley Kelly and Kymber Kelly.
The family extends special thanks to Debi Reed, Kristene Hathcock, Maranda Hill and to Dr. J. Michael Burbidge and the loving nurses, chaplains and staff of Hospice.
