In 1973 there was a large group of “move-ins” to China Spring. Arthur was one of the first to make us all feel welcomed and accepted. For that I am forever grateful. His love and passion for athletics and music was awesome. I never remember seeing down or having a bad day. He was one of the happiest people I’ve ever known. I know he will one day be there to welcome us all into heaven. God bless the entire Bird family.
