Uncle Arthur , We never got to spend much time with you , do to the distance from California to Texas I’ll never forget some of the stories my Dad told us about some of the wild things you boys did growing up. He always started the Stories with “AUTHER CARL” My Dad”s Texas draw came back like it never left. If even half of the tales were true You were truly ONE of a kind..You 3 boys had a hard row to hoe. Picking Cotton, getting robed at gunpoint and you hit hm so hard with a tire iron the crook surrendered to you pleaded for you to quite welling on him with a tire iron. You had a hard life for 89 years. I was married to his cousin, Tommy Wetterman, who passed away in 2020. We used to go by and see Arthur Carl many years ago when we were visiting Tom’som and Dad, Eddie and Louise Wetterman. Wish we could have seen him more often. My prayers go out to all his family
    God bless all of you

  3. I worked with Art at RCC in Waco. We both worked security for a time and he was liked by those around him. The kids called him “Pinkerton” as he drove around in his security cart. He was a good man. Rest in Peace.
