My deepest sympathy for Billy’s family. I feel blessed to have known and grown up with Billy. Such wonderful memories and appreciation to Billy and his brother “Little” Buddy for occasionally including me in the fun and adventures with my big brother Gary. May God bless you and give you peace and comfort knowing we will all reunite in Heaven.
