Calvin Hamilton, 59, of Waco, passed away Sunday, September 5, 2021.
Service Information: A visitation service is to be held 6-8 pm Friday, September 17, 2021 at Lake Shore Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 2:00 pm Saturday, September 18, 2021 at Lake Shore Funeral Home Chapel, 5201 Steinbeck Bend. Burial will follow at Robinson Cemetery.
Calvin was a longtime resident of Waco and graduated from University High School. He was the youngest of eight siblings.
He will be greatly missed by family and friends.
Calvin was preceded in death by longtime companion, Jacquelyn Waits; mother, Lavern Hamilton; and brother, Gregory Hamilton.
He is survived by siblings, Shirley Degrate, Michael Hamilton and wife, Honeylore, Fred Hamilton and wife, Norma, Larry Hamilton, Elvie Seals and Bernice Burks; two sons, Calvin and Kelvin; special friend, Milton Ward, Sr.; and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

Praying for the family from Beverly and Norman earl love yall
I met Calvin a few years ago. It was on the 19th of June of this year 2021, that I was around him more and thats when I got to know him personally. He was so full of laughter and much humor and he loved music. He loved people. He was kind and very polite. Calvin will be missed. Sister Shirley, I will always keep you and your family in prayer. My husband Charles and I send our love.
To the Hamilton we are praying that God’s gives you strength and peace doing this time. He will take the pain away in do season.
