Carolyn Schumann, 65, of Hamilton, loving wife, mother and grandmother, passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at a local hospital. Memorial services will be 10:30AM Saturday, March 21st at Trinity Lutheran Church in Pottsville with the Rev. Peter K. Anderson officiating. Carolyn was born July 21, 1943 in Hamilton to Ted and Jewell (Finstad) Christianson. She married Charles W. Schumann on April 8, 1958 in Hamilton. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church of Pottsville.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include husband of 50 years, Charles Schumann of Hamilton; daughters, Sherry Woodyard and husband, Curtis of Austin, Charlene Glimp and husband, Bryan of Hutto, and Sharla Resseguie of Cedar Park; son, Charlie Schumann, Jr. of Hamilton; grandchildren, Brandon Woodyard, Ashley Woodyard, Karl Glimp, Kristen Gilliam, Megan Schumann, Jewell Resseguie and Dylan Resseguie; and great granddaughter, Jayden Gilliam.
Memorials may be made to American Heart Association or American Diabetes Association.
