  6. To the family of Charles Lindsey,
Words can never express the love and respect I had for Papa. After my dad died, Papa filled that gap left in my heart. He was always willing to share his secrets for growing good hay, talk sports or happenings at the fairgrounds.I gave him a key to the concessions for that late night sweet tooth and coffee. Everyone he encountered at the grounds would ask about him the past few years of his absence from there. Time may heal all things, but a void is in my heart as well as your’s. May God comfort us all and give us peace…Love Clayton

  7. My thoughts and prayers are with the entire Linsey family during this difficult time. May God wrap his arms around each of you and give you Peace.

Charles was one of my Daddy’s very favorite people. I will always remember Charles’ easy smile and quick wit. It was never enough that he worked dark to dark as a dairy farmer, he alwasy found time to help out in the community and his Church. He is an example of what family men should strive to be. Cling fast to your memories, good and otherwise, for they are what will get you through the days and weeks ahead.
