Clarence Daily, 85, of Lacy Lakeview, passed away Monday, May 18th at a local hospice facility.
Graveside Services: 2PM Friday, May 22nd at Moore Cemetery in Chalk Bluff. Pastor Gayle Nealy and Rev. Ron Oden will officiate. No visitation is planned.
Reception: will follow the service at Lakeview United Methodist Church.
Clarence was born on May 12, 1930 in West to Paul Daily and Willie “Nell” (Goldsmith) Daily. He married Betty Joyce Hutchinson on January 29, 1949 in Waco. He was a member of Lakeview United Methodist Church. He retired from the Waco Veterans Hospital.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Daily; parents, Paul and Willie Nell Daily; and brothers, Forrest, Clifford and Cleo Daily.
He is survived by his daughters, Patsy Williams of Lake Limestone, Sandra Dies of Pearland, and Nancy Threadgill of Waco; grandsons, Jerry Williams and wife Brandi of Leroy, Ricky Williams of Waco, Eric Flores and wife Amy of Melrose, NM; granddaughters, Ashley Dixon and husband Lance of Monroe, NC and Tammy Daniel and husband Krag of Cleburne; great grandsons, Bobby Don Williams, Danny Williams, Quinton Flores, Nathaniel Flores, Brandon Williams, Garrett Dixon, Colton Wells, Jaygen Wells and Wyatt Daniel; great granddaughters, Taylor Dixon and Brittany Williams; and one great-great granddaughter, Jayden Silva.
The family would like to thank the 3 East Nurses at Providence Hospital and the staff at Providence Hospice including Dr. Jahrmarkt, Judy, Shantese and Tracy.
