Cindy Parr was born November 13, 1948. Having grown up on Lake O’ the Pines, Cindy was a Jefferson, Texas Native that transplanted in 2022 to Waco to live with her daughter and family. She was a member of Life Point Fellowship Church in Hewitt, Texas. Prior to moving to Waco, Cindy was a member of Jefferson Church of Christ and attended with her beloved sister, Wanda Bradley. She loved to fish, garden, and crochet. Cindy was known for being funny without meaning to be. She had a giving heart, a peaceful (yet very spunky) personality, and she was a friend to all.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Rhodessa Parr; father, Harold Parr; and brother, Dennis Parr.
Cindy is survived by her children, Dennis Youngblood and wife Michelle, Keith Youngblood and wife Caroline, Steven Youngblood, Dean Youngblood, Ginger Lovelady and husband Donny, and Steven “Mikey” Youngblood II, as well as her sister and brother in law Wanda and Tommy Bradley. She is also survived by a whole basket full of grands and great grands, and many family and friends.
