My wife and I were blessed to have spent some time years ago with Don, Nancy, and Sherry. We first met in church and later on Don and I worked and traveled a lot together for a few years.
Sometimes in life there can be defining moments which enrich our lives and one of those moments was an simple day trip which started early one morning before daybreak. Don and Nancy had I invited Frances and I to go for a ride in the country early one morning. We spent the day visiting, sharing the Lord, and enjoying the beauty of Central Texas. What a wonderful experience and memory which has lasted over 30 years. Thank you Don and Nancy for the time together, Don made a difference in so many lives and I was among the fortunate ones to experience the impact he made.
I am so sorry for your loss. Praying that you all find comfort knowing he is resting in the arms of God. I know both Fallon and John are overjoyed that they have the memory of him officiating their wedding, and we are blessed to have met him as our two families became one.
Love and prayers-
