Eleanor June Elkins 80, of Waco, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 4, 2024, surrounded by loved ones
Memorial Visitation: 4-5pm Friday, June 7, 2024 at Lake Shore Funeral Home to honor Eleanor’s life and legacy. All who loved her are welcome to attend and share in the celebration of this extraordinary woman.
Born on January 23, 1944, in Hurley, Virginia, to Pim and Oma St.Clair, Eleanor possessed an extraordinary gift – the ability to make those around her laugh until their sides ached or cry all depending on the day. Eleanor was truly a blessing to all who knew her. Throughout her life, Eleanor’s unwavering strength and unconditional love touched countless lives.
She is survived by husband, Fernando Solis; beloved daughters: Carolyn, Paula, Angela, Julia, Juana, and Monica. Her legacy lives on through her numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Though Eleanor may be gone, her memory lives on in the hearts of all who loved her. Her laughter will continue to echo through the years and her unwavering strength will remain a guiding force for her family.
