Eliud Alvarez was a outspoken, free spirit who touched the lives of all who knew him. Born in Waco, he spent part of his life in Mexico before returning to finish high school at Waco High. Known by many as a hard worker with a compassionate heart, Eliud’s kindness made him unforgettable. Working at Roadhouse, he took immense pride in serving others, always willing to go the extra mile for anyone who crossed his path. His selflessness set him apart, turning simple acts of service into profound expressions of care. Outside of work, Eliud found joy in the little things—spending time with kids, staying active, and simply enjoying life on his own terms. Though he often kept to himself, those who knew him best will remember him for his loyalty and enduring love he showed in countless small ways. Eliud’s presence in our lives was a gift, and his memory will live on in the stories we share and in the love he showed us all.
