Genevie Elaine Israel, 51, of Clifton, passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at a local hospital. Memorial services will be held at a later date in Kansas. She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Waterman.
Survivors include companion of twenty-three years, Kurt Miner of Clifton; son, Frank R. Waterman, III and wife, Candace.; four grandchildren; mother, Shirley Watson and husband, Herald; and sisters, Laurie Mills, Shawn Sherry and Christie Storey, all of Kansas.
