Gretel Betty Marie Kelcy passed away Oct. 3, 2011. A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 8, at Cameron Park, across from the Redwood Pavilion.
Gretel was born Jan. 9, 1934, in Germany. She moved to the United States in 1972 and became a U.S. citizen in 1983. Gretel was a graduate of the University of Berlin and of TSTI. She was a regular volunteer with the VA hospital, the Rosebud Senior Center, and the Rosebud Nursing Home.
She is survived by her husband, Ray Kelcy; sons, Thomas Rosch and Ronald Flynt; daughters, Annie Gorman and Susan Reyes; along with their spouses; and seven grandchildren.
