Harry Rindorf, 69, of China Spring, died Tuesday, May 23, 2017 at his residence.
Visitation: 3:30 p.m. until 4:30 p.m. Thursday, May 25th at Lake Shore Funeral Home.
Graveside Service: 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 26th at Rosemound Cemetery with Rev. Grey Brumit officiating. The US Army will render honors at the gravesite.
Harry was born June 29, 1947, in Buckholts, to Frank and Toni Rindorf. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army from October 1966 until October 1972. Harry was in Vietnam from 1967 until 1968. Harry married Marcia Williamson on July 12, 1969. Upon returning home, he worked for Pure Milk Company in Waco for 12 years as a Truck Driver and later he became a truck driver for the Dr. Pepper Bottling Company in Waco retiring after 30 years of service.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Edwin Rindorf; and his great-grandchild, Matthew Rindorf.
Harry is survived by his wife, Marcia Rindorf; daughters, Donna Raborn and Toni Rindorf; son, Michael Rindorf; his sister, Aileen Cherry; grandchildren, Brittany Kellum, Ashley Barnes, Kayla Boyd, Justin Barnes, Johnathan Boyd, Bradley Barnes, Wesley Rindorf, Timothy Rindorf, Lynnden Rindorf, Karston Rindorf, Tommy Raborn and Austin Raborn; and great-grandchildren, Nicholas Barnes, Nathyn Kellum, McKenzie Kellum, Kylie Kellum, Leo Barnes, Lacelyn Boyd, Fenleigh Boyd, Caliyah Taplin, Makalynn Tapline and Lonnie Velasquez.

I never had the pleasure or honor to meet you or Harry, but have heard wonderful stories from Michael about growing up in your loving home. Harry sounds like he was a good man, a devoted husband, father and grandfather and brave throughout his days. I know you will miss him terribly. I’m sending warm thoughts and prayers for peace to you and your family during this sad time.

I’m sorry for your loss. I did not have the privilege of meeting Harry, but I know Mike and he speeks highly of him. Mike is an outstanding person which shows great family qualities that come from a good family. Rest In Peace brother.
