Heather Barrientos, 28 of Riesel, passed away Saturday, May 4th, 2019 at her residence.
Funeral Service: 2:00 PM Thursday, May 9th, 2019 at Lake Shore Funeral Home.
Heather Barrientos was born January 4, 1991 in Waco, TX. She attended McGregor schools, and was a stay at home mom. She was known to be a bubbly, outgoing, loving person that never met a stranger. She loved animals, loved her family immensely and deeply, and always kept the family together through trying times.
Heather was preceded in death by her Grandpa, R.B. Harper; Paw-Paw, Wayne Hamlin; cousin, Corey Harper; and her mother in law, Caroline Barrientos.
She is survived by her husband, Michael Barrientos; children, Izaiha Harper, Julias Harper, Bently Barrientos, and Samuel Barrientos; parents, Steven Wayne Harper and wife Stacy, and Elizabeth Lamb; sisters, Amanda Davenport, Janina Lober, and Lisa Manly; brothers Steven Harper, Jr, Douglas Manly, and Byron Harper; Grandma, Linda Harper; father-in-law, Simon Barrientos; aunt, Trudy Johnson and husband, Richard; and a large extended family and numerous friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.

Steve & Stacie, we are so incredibly sorry to hear of the loss of Heather. She was always such a cutie and we enjoyed spending time with her at the bowling alley when she was growing up . I pray that you will find peace with her passing & know that she is in a greater place! Love to all the family!

I will miss Heather she had a heart of gold and a kind heart RIH angel you will be missed but never forgotten.
Heather you’re gone now but greatly loved by all. And you’re going to be greatly missed by all your friends and family. I remember babysitting for her and Steven when she lived in McGregor Texas.
Sorry for your loss, Heather was a sweet child… I remember playing together as children how she loved the cat… and digging in the dirt and always had a smile on her face…. God, has an amazing angle… My deepest sympathies from my family to yours…. She will never be forgotten in are hearts… I feel blessed to have ever gotten to know her…
Heather will be very missed by many…. One of the brightest souls I have had the pleasure of knowing. She could bring smiles in the darkest of times…. Now she would want all of us to smile for her, no longer in pain, no more hurting, no more tears. Hiya will always love you Heather. Just don’t go humping God’s leg, I love you but I really don’t think he would understand. To all of her family my heart breaks for you all. I love and miss all of you so much my heart is with you all in this time of sorrow.
