Hilda Erika Galindo, 46, of Waco, passed away Thursday, September 16th, 2021.
Funeral Service: 10:00 am, Thursday, September 23rd at Lake Shore Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Oakwood Cemetery.
Erika was born to Manuel Leopoldo Martinez Rendon and Enedelia Flores de Martinez in Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas, Mexico. She later moved to Waco, TX where she remained a long time resident. Erika was the best mother, wife, daughter, and best friend. She had a beautiful soul full of life, happiness, and laughter. She loved helping and caring for others, and was a hard-working person. One of her favorite things to do was spend time with her family and pets. She also loved to cook, sing, dance, and praise God. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
Erika is survived by her husband, Mario Galindo; daughters, Alexandra and Cassandra Galindo; parents Enedelia Flores de Martinez and Manuel Martinez Rendon; sisters, Nadia Elizabeth Martinez Flores, Martha Isela Martinez Flores, Bertha Aracely Martinez Flores, Liz Aceneth Martinez Flores; brother, Carlos Enrique Martinez Flores; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Pall Bearers will be Mario Galindo, Armando Galindo, Manuel Martinez Rendon, Carlos Martinez Flores, José Ricardo Martinez Flores, José Antonio Gómez.
Visitation: 6:00 pm- 8:00 pm, Wednesday, September 22nd, 2021, at Lake Shore Funeral Home.
