She was born in Medina, Texas to James Isum Chisum and Lue Della Chisum.
She was preceded in death by her parents as well all other siblings.
She is survived by seven children, Nora Hammonds, Mattie Lefever of Waco, Troy Riggs of Ohio, Stella Barkalow of NY, James Riggs of WY, Lois Marchbanks of Waco and, Joyce Buro and husband Larry of China Spring; grandchildren, Bob Buro and family of Robinson and many others; and great grandchildren include Taylor Buro and Madison Buro of Robinson and many others.

yes troy i see your concern since 75% of those family members you went on to make mention of came to see her in the nursing home in 7 years? if the not wanting the last memory of a family member is the last thing family should want i think there should be more than a SMALL handful of efforts to see or contact the elderly in the 7 years after she lived there! address and the phone number were the same ALL 7 years!!!!!!!!!
