Irene Maria Salas, 57, of Bellmead, passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2014, surrounded by her loving family. The family will honor her memory with a gathering at the home today, Wednesday, January 15, and thru tomorrow, Thursday, January 16th. Irene was born March 1, 1956 to Jesus and Julia (Rodriguez) Sustaita in Waco. She later married Rito Salas. Irene was a loving mother and she will be missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and one son, Julian John Ramirez.
She is survived by her husband, Rito; two daughters, Mary Ann Guevara, and Julia Garcia; four sons, Profirio Ramirez, Jr., Jesse Ramirez, Little Anthony Ramirez, and Joe Lewis Ramirez; 18 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; her biological mother, Lillie Rodriguez and seven siblings of San Angelo; and many more friends and family members.
