James Hollingsworth, 59, passed away peacefully February 12, 2024 after a long illness. He was born in Waco, Texas December 10, 1964 to Jim and Mary Hollingsworth. Upon graduating from the University of Texas at Austin, James worked and spent time in Austin, New York, and Las Cruces before returning to Waco.
His life was characterized by his interests in the arts, history, and foreign languages, as well as his kindness. James’ travels covered the U.S. to all points north, south, east, and west, along with multiple countries.
He is preceded in death by father, Jim Hollingsworth; mother, Mary Hollingsworth; and sister, Elizabeth Miller.
He is survived by sister, Janice Hollingsworth; brother, Jerry Hollingsworth; and brother-in-law, Mike Miller.
James requested no services and to please give to the charity of your choice.
