Sunny and family,
Words cannot express the loss that we feel on this day. Jerry was more than a co-worker. He was a friend, neighbor, mentor and brother. Our lives were brightened by his presence. I always felt a relief when I saw him walk up on the worst of scenes and somehow pull it all together. I know without a doubt that Jerry watches over us all now. Even on the darkest nights he will be there with us. Helping us, protecting us and most of all comforting us. As for us, we stand with you in this time of sorrow. For nothing shall break this bond of brotherhood….
My Thoughts and Prayers go to all the Family ,Friends and loves ones. Jerry was such a joy to work with.
Sunny and family,
We wanted you to know that even though we cannot be there you are in our thoughts and prayers.
Sunny, You will be in our thoughts and prayers. Jerry RIP brother!

I am so sorry for your loss. I only wish I could be there. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.
Morene, Jimmy,Jason and Sunny,
You can tell by the outpouring of all these friends that Jerry was very special. Know that his special brand of humor and playful, boyish smile will be with all of us as we continue our journey here on earth but that he has started his new life with our Heavenly Father. I know up there they don’t need paramedics so he must be playing golf! My heart is with you all. All My Love, Karen
Dearest Morene & Jimmy, Our hearts go out to you & your family. Jerry was like a son to us. He was a loving, caring
person, so full of life. We all had a lot of fun together. When he had that motorcycle accrident, I stayed with him quite a bit.
We did puzzles, read books, played cards & all sorts of games. All the time he smiled & laughed, no matter how bad the pain was. Jerry helped a lot of people, made friends with everyone. With Jerry’s twinkling eyes, big smile & big heart, he never knew a stranger. I canot say enough about Jerry. Jerry is in our Lord’s hands, looking down at his family. He is in a far better place. Jerry is safe from harm, with no pain now. When we look at the clouds, we can almost see Jerry playing golf. Our hearts, prayers & love go out to you.
Jerry was a wonderful person and a very kind person. I meet Jerry through Mary Furry. They were the best of friends. It is so sad to loose someone so young. My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this time. God Bless and take care.
Our Beloved Sunny,
We send our prayers and thoughts to you for your loss of Jerry. You and Jerry were so blessed to have shared a deep love — one that will never fade even though you are now separated by heaven and earth. Know that you will hear him in your thoughts and see him in your dreams, and, one day, you will share eternity with him.
All our love,
Aunt Vicky, Uncle Ken, Sean and Kimberly
Jimmy & Morene
I am so sorry to hear about Jerry. My family used to love when Jerry came over to the house. My thoughts and Prayers are with you all.
To Sunny and Family;
Jerry was one of the first paramedics I met when attending EMT-B school at MCC. His quiet demeanor and superb professionalism inspired me to join the EMS family. Without his patience and encouragement, I would never have continued. The true measure of a person is not in the knowledge they obtain, but in the knowledge they share with others. Jerry set the standard the rest of us need to follow. God Bless Y’all.

I am so blessed to have known Jerry. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t be where I am today. He got me into EMS and thats where I met my whole second family. He was a great man and showed me the ropes of life. I thank God everyday for bringing him into my life and for what he has done for me! He will truely be missed. Until we meet again, he will be another angel watching over us!
I was so blessed and honored to have known and served alongside Jerry. He was a wonderful man who loved his family so very much. A close second to his family came Jerry’s dedication to the people of Central Texas and he will never be replaced. I loved Jerry so very much and will miss him dearly. Sunny, you and your family are in my thoughts and prayers!!!

Sunny, It is so hard to come up with what to say, Jerry was an awesome guy to work with.Always know that we are here for you and you will be in our prayers.
I went to school at Crawford with Jerry. I remember the bad mototcycle accident Jerry had when he was in highschool. Jerry was always active during his healing from a broken leg trauma. Asked him once, "Gee, don’t you ever sleep?" He laughed and said, "when I die I will get all the sleep I need, right now untill then I have too much to do!"
Sleep well my friend. Suffer no more in this cruel world. My sincere condolences go to the Furry Family. It was a pleasure to have known Jerry. He was never a quitter.
To the family of Jerry, you will all be in our thoughts and prayers.

I thank god he had time with you and you should know he loved you very much. For that, I thank you for making a special friend of mine happy, and the support you gave him in the end.
