When we are faced with the sudden loss of someone so dear to us, it is one of the hardest things to face.Something that is very touching is the knowledge that God will respond to our persistent prayers to help us through. Please share your feelings and rest assured that our loving heavenly Father will give you what you need to cope during this most difficult time. Philippians 4:6,7; Isaiah 26:19. I hereby offer my sincere condolences to you all.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire family during this difficult and sorrowful time. We pray that fond memories bring you comfort and God brings you peace. Jean Kinder & D’Anna Kinder Mitchum
I am very sorry for your loss. Even though I did not know Jerry personally, I know what its like to lose someone you love. It can be hard to find comfort at a time of great loss, but knowing our Heavenly Father is near to those broken at heart and crushed in spirit can bring us peace. (Psalms 34:18) He promises to soon swallow up death and wipe away all the tears from our eyes. (Isaiah 25:8) You are in my prayers.
Patricia,
My thoughts and prayeres are with you and your family.

I heard about this via phonecall yesterday. I met JT back in 1995 0r 96. JT was one of the nicest folks ive known. kinda fell out of touch when my now wife and I graduated college and moved to dallas, but every once in a while i would get a call from someone who saw him and he would tell them to give me his new phone number. last time i saw him he met us up at georges bar and we had such a good time laughing and remembering old stuff. It was right after he got his golds. one of the most polite/respectful people to everyone he met. i remember working on that old blue caddy he had out in the parking lot of my apt, and going to pick him up off lake shore behind MCC at his grandmothers apartment after we couldnt get the caddy working so we could go to work. he came up with me to dallas a few times to hang out on the weekends and such. you will be missed Jerry Torres. When I moved away he gave me a rosery. I still have it to this day. it has hung on the mirror of every vehicle I had had since 1998. I wasnt going to type anything in this guestbook as I haAnt seen him or heard from him in at least 2-3yrs, but i saw the rosary today and something told me I should share a little bit I knew about this great man. I feel so sorry for the family. RIP JT and LT. I look forward to seeing you again Jerry and meeting your baby bro.
god bless.
My thoughts and prayers go out to the Kinder and Torres family.Patricia there are no words I could say that will make you feel better at this point.Just always keep in your heart that you can see them again in a better place love yall.Pokey

My condolences to the Torres famiy. J.T. will be truely missed he was a great person and a dear friend to our family. J.T. we’ll never forget you, especially your laugh.
I am so sorry to hear about your loss of your dear loved one. The time spent with them always seems so short. Please find comfort in the promise from God that he will resurrect our loved ones, John 5:28. The bible also says that "Jehovah is near to those that are broken at heart; and those who are crushed in spirit he saves." Psalms 34:18. My prayers are with you and your family, Sandy
I am so sorry for your familys lose. my prayers and thoughts are with you in this time of grief.
Anna I just want you to know that I feel your pain. I know what your going through and how you must feel. To the Torres family my prayers go out to you. Put your trust in Gods hands and everything will turn out just fine.
I would like to give my condolence to the entire family. I knew "J.T" from high school and if I must say was sadden with the tragic news. My prayers go out to you. May God Bless and keep each and everyone of you.
I would like to say, that I was moved with the funeral service. Even though it was hard to say goodbye to a love one you represented them brothers to the fullest. The kind words that were expressed were very moving and it was as "JT" would of wanted. I hope that you will began to put your lives back together and grow towards the Lord with all your wants and needs. Be strong and trust in him and let the Lord have his way. Be blessed
