Jesse was born on December 18, 1988 to Araceli and Jesus Guerrero in South Waco, Texas. Jesse graduated from University High School in 2007, where he played varsity baseball alongside his best friends and cousins. Jesse was one of five siblings. Jesse being the prankster and most outgoing of all of them. Jesse was the one who made everyone laugh. He was a very loved son, brother, uncle, and friend. Loyalty to Jesse not only was big when it came to family and friends, but he was also a “ride or die” Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers fan. He enjoyed cheering them on and having their backs every weekend with family and friends. Whether it was watching from home on the big screen or underneath the jumbo screen in Arlington, you could bet Jesse was watching the game with a cold beer in hand. Jesse also enjoyed visiting his parent’s hometown San Diego, Rio Verde, S.L.P. San Diego is a special place where the Guerrero Family enjoyed “Las Fiestas Patronales de San Diego” and enjoyed all the bailes and jaripeos. Jesse had a very big heart and he always put other people’s needs before his own needs. He always gave the best life and sports advice to all his family and friends. You knew if you were with Jesse you were going to get a good laugh no matter how serious the situation. He was always going to win the argument no matter how big or how small. Jesse was also the best at giving his family and friends haircuts. We will truly miss his presence at all the family gatherings because his personality and laugh that was so contagious.
Jesse was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Marcial Guerrero and Jovita Vasquez. Those left to cherish his memory include his parents, Jesus and Araceli Guerrero of San Diego, Rio Verde, S.L.P.; sister, Joanne Galvan and husband Palemon Galvan of Waco, Texas and their children, Brian, Brayden and Brisa Galvan; sister, Mariza Guerrero and husband Juan Rodriguez of Katy, Texas and their children, Aubrey and Daniella Rodriguez; sister, Janet Guerrero of Waco, Texas and her two dogs, Fat Girl and Coco; and brother, Jason Guerrero and girlfriend Krishna Perez of Waco, Texas.
