John Lang

John Robert Lang, born on November 29, 1956, in Minnesota, passed away on July 22, 2024, in Waco.

 

 

He leaves behind a legacy as a multifaceted individual cherished by many. John graduated from Suitland High School in Maryland. Throughout his life, he cultivated a reputation as a dependable rock for his loved ones, known for his sharp wit and masterful sarcasm. A man of many roles – father, friend, coworker, brother, and more-John’s charismatic presence was felt by all who knew him. He was a passionate enthusiast of the outdoors, often found fishing or cruising through town on his bike. His love for music and social gatherings also played a significant part in his life, bringing joy not only to himself but also to those around him.

 

John is survived by his daughters, Natalie, Katy, and Jonna-Rae Lang; his parents, George Lang and Ruth Connor; and his siblings, Michael, James, Kathie Kidwell, Anna-Marie Keip, and Christopher Lang. Each relationship was nurtured with care, reflecting his deep commitment to family.

 

John’s life, marked by his love and lively spirit, will be remembered fondly by his family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
