Kenneth Dell Kozlovsky, 70 of Waco passed away peacefully in a local nursing home on January 9, 2016.

Memorial Service: Friday, January 15, 2016 at Peace Church, 4800 West Waco Drive, Waco, Texas.

Kenneth was born Feb. 3rd, 1945 in Groesbeck, he was one of five children born to Henry and Zelva (McDaniel) Kozlovsky. After attending Mart High School he enlisted in the armed forces and served our country for the next two years.

Over the next few years Kenneth worked as a security guard in the Dallas area; and after that he worked for Mrs. Bairds in Waco for several years. But the greatest accomplishment in his eyes were the birth of his children and grandchild.

Some of Kenneth’s favorite past times were watching wrestling and westerns, listening to music and singing. He love spending time with family and friends and was known to be quite the jokester!

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents Henry and Zelva Kozlovsy, a precious baby boy, a sister; Faye Griffin, and a sister; Rose Cloer.

Kenneth is survived include daughter, Kimberly Kozlovsky and granddaughter, Hayden Leigh Hopkins of Waco, a sister, Mary Slyter and husband, Ronald of Hewitt; and a sister, Rita Darden of Waco and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

The Family would like to extend a special thank you to Hillcrest Hospital, Royal Manor 2, and Bluebonnet Hospice.

  3. Kenneth was a friend and classmate of mine at Mart High School. We also attended the same church for a short time.
    When I first met him we were in the 6th grade and he lived in Ben Hur. Later his family moved to Mart.
    I had lost track of Kenneth for a while, but found his phone number a couple of years ago and called him. We talked for a long time. He told me that he was having health problems at that time.
    It saddens me to hear of his passing. RIP Kenneth.
