My heart goes out to all the daughters and family of my uncle Kenneth. We are advised in the Bible to speak consolingly to the depressed. I’m sure we all feel down and solemn about uncle Kenneth’s death. The wonderful thing is that that sacred book promises a better future for all faithful ones on a paradise earth (Rev. 21:1-4). These words are faithful and true, and hopefully we will all be there in the very near future to welcome our lost loved ones.
I have many happy memories growing up with uncle Kenneth. He was very kind to my sisters and me. He bought me my first pair of cowboy boots and my first chopper bike before I was 10 years old. I recall around that time celebrating the anniversary of my grandparents, PawPaw and Nanny Maxwell and uncle Kenneth buying them a coffee maker. He was very thoughtful in many ways.
As our respective families grew older, we would from time to time travel to San Antonio for the District Conventions and have a small vacation included in the trip. At another time we traveled to Eagle Pass, Tx. to visit with our friends and spiritual brothers and sisters the Bell and the Estrada families. As a young 18 year old I moved to England and got married to Elaine. So I didn’t get to see uncle Kenneth as much as I would have liked. I do remember that almost 20 years ago uncle Kenneth came to visit me in Worcestershire and traveled to Scotland as well. He always had an enthusiastic interest in our Scottish family heritage. Over the years we had to keep in touch by phone or by my once a year visit to Texas. I am so grateful for all the times that we could encourage one another. Now we are all focusing on the future when sadness and death will be no more. Our heartfelt sympathies and prayers to all the family.
Thank you so much, Kent. It was so nice to have you share your memories of Dad! It is like peering into an unread chapter of his life! I know you and your sisters were always very special to him! Yes, we can’t wait for Jehovah’s promises to come true and to have all the ones we have lost restored to our arms!
To the Harris, Maxwell, and Palacio family I say, we will see Kenneth again! I’m so sorry for you alls loss. I love you all!

So sorry for your loss. Kenneth & my mom – Mary Ann Maxwell Burke are cousins. Sam Maxwell was my grandfather.
I had talked with Kenneth for the last few years after our DNA matched. I had several very pleasant calls with him and sent him some genealogy information. My prayer is that you all feel the peace & comfort of our loving Heavenly Father.
Thank you, Jerry! Yes, Dad absolutely loved researching the Maxwell ancestry and family history. Thank you for assisting him along the way! He had mentioned the treasures that you and he were finding . We look forward to seeing him again soon in the Paradise Earth!
I was saddened by the news of the death of Kenneth. We never met face-to-face but often had great telephone conversations about Maxwell family history. He was keenly interested and shared some very good information.
I know his family misses him greatly.
Harold Maxwell
Thank you, Harold! He often talked about you and the discoveries that you both had made. He always had a fascination with the Maxwell heritage, and it brought him great joy.
My husband and I want to express our love and sympathy to the family of Kenneth Maxwell. Through mutual friends we have had the joy of knowing the Maxwell family for 60+ years. Kenneth along with his dear parents and sisters have been the definition of Christian love and hospitality!
Kenneth will be remembered always with warmth and affection until which time Jehovah will see fit to raise our dear Brother along with all our loved ones. For now we will be comforted in knowing Kenneth is resting safely in Jehovah’s limitless memory. Psalms 147:4
Jehovah is the keeper of the stars and his son Jesus our resurrection hope. John 5:21,28. We are joyful to remember that Kenneth knew and taught this truth.
