Kurt Lynn Brandt, 57, of Bosqueville passed away peacefully at his home Wednesday, May 20, 2020.

Kurt Was born April 1, 1963 in Rugby, ND and grew up in Upham, ND where his son, Shae Brandt was born in 1980. He wed Joy Brandt Walker in 1984 and lived in Jamestown ND where Patrick was born. They relocated to Wolford, ND and Eldon was born. In 1986 they moved to Waco where Jessica and Seth were born. Kurt stayed in Waco after his divorce and enjoyed the last 4 years with his loving companion, Tammy. He loved being outdoors, fishing, barbecuing, playing horseshoes and a family game of “H-O-R-S-E”.

He was preceded in death by his father, Fred Brandt; and nephew Darek Keller.

He is survived by his companion, Tammy Sanford; his children, Shea Brandt, Patrick Slaubaugh, Eldon and Melissa Brandt, Jessica and Austin Fowles and Seth and Jessica Brandt; his mother, Elaine Brandt; and siblings, Gladys Goodman, Kelly Brandt, Julie and Lance Keller, Wanda and John Kitzman, Kim Brandt, Kendall and Carol Brandt. He also had 13 grandchildren.
