“Miss me, but let me go”
LaTrina Shetell Simmons moved for the last time Wednesday, June 22, 2022 from her earthly home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
LaTrina was born September 26, 1972 to Annie Francis Bolden and Samuel Tatum in Lubbock. She attended Parkway Elementary and Estacado High School. She was a hardworking and dedicated employee of the Allergy and Asthma Clinic. She was loved by all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by fiancée, Alex Fountain; mother, Annie Francis Bolden; and grandmother’s, Ms. Clytee Woodall and Ms. Geneva Tatum.
She leaves behind to cherish her precious memories, daughter, Ashnashequa Lee; son, Tavonte Simmons; step-children, Elexess Fountain, and Maya Jasmine Fountain; god son, Brandon Walker; father, Sammy Tatum; step-father, Anthony Bolden; siblings, Treylon Tatum, Rashard Fountain, and Roderick Fountain; aunties, Willie Mae Jones, and Connie Allen; uncles, Ronald Tatum, Dwight Harvey, one granddaughter, Jashequa Lee; one special auntie, Maxine Robinson; one special uncle and aunt, Ernest and Ruby Simmons; and special niece, Adrianna Braggs, along with many cousins, friends, and relatives.
