Lawrence (L.T.) Torres, 25, and Jerry (J.T.) Torres Jr., 31, brothers, both of Waco, tragically passed away Sunday, October 25th due to an automobile accident. Funeral services will be 10AM Friday, October 30th at Lake Shore Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Albert Fuentes officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be 6 to 8PM Thursday, October 29th at Lake Shore Funeral Home, 5201 Steinbeck Bend, Waco. Thoughts and memories maybe shared in the online Guest Book at www.LakeShoreFuneralHome.com.
He was preceded in death by grandfather, Merritt Kinder.
Survivors include mother, Patricia Torres; father, Jerry Torres, Sr.; grandmothers, Elisa Salazar and Rosemary Kinder; sisters, Jessica Torres and Renee Gonzalez and husband, Joe; one niece; and five nephews.

No one is ever prepared for the feelings of despair that result from the loss of a loved one.At 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 the Bible calls God the Father of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation. With deepest sympathy to your family, please take comfort in knowing that God feels compassion for what you are going through. Through His word God promises to not only to remove death, but also bring our loved ones back to life. (Isaiah 25:8; John 5:28,29) I hereby offer my sincere condolences to your family.
My deepest sympathy goes out to you in your time of great loss. I cannot imagine the pain you are feeling, but be assured that God cares. Psalms 56:8 says that he collects all our tears and preserves them in his bottle and records everyone in his book. He promises to resurrect our loved ones to perfect health and life in a peaceful new world. (Revelation 21:4; John 5:28,29; Psalms 37:11,29) You are in my thoughts and prayers.
I only knew Lawrence from cleaning our office at Grainger, but i can truly say that he was a sweet guy and we will all miss him. My heart goes out to his parents for their loss. May God bless you and your family in this time of need.

All I can say is that L.T was a wonderful guy, always smiling, and lovable, he never had anything bad to say about nobody, it’s just too bad that he left this world at such a young age, and to the family, I know the feeling of losing someone you love, but now we must think that he is in a better place, you will be missed but never forgotten.

I am so sorry for your loss. My family and I will keep you in our prayers. No one is ever prepared for this and only God knows why he called L.T and J.T to heaven at this early stage in their lives. I think everyone would say when they saw J.T he would always shake your hand and ask how you were doing. He just had a respectful way about him. Lawrence, I will never forget all the good times! Man we had alot! Whether it was hangin out on 9th Street, Hay Ave. or anywhere in between. I will miss you Lawrence!
