I am so sorry to hear about y’all’s loss. She was a wonderful woman and teacher all the way around. I was in her class for a short time but she was always someone I talked to. She will always have a place in my heart.
I had the privilege and honor to teach and work with Lisa at Waco High School as fellow teachers and as Instructional Specialists for many years. Lisa was the best of the best of the BEST teachers! She was strong, knowledgeable, loved teaching, loved her students and gave everything she had to her campus, her teachers, and her students. We stayed friends even after I retired and she moved over to Harmony. She was always happily sharing (on Facebook) her students successes and her family events. She so loved her parents, Mike (Ty), Waylan, Genevieve and especially Miss Sue Ellen’s arrival! She was a true friend and I will miss her.
I’m so very sorry for your loss, she was beautiful inside and out. She loved her family before anything. Heaven has gained a beautiful soul. The entire family is in my thoughts and prayers.
