Michael Lynn Cummins passed away Tuesday, March 7, 2023.

Memorial Service: 10AM Saturday, March 11 at Lake Shore Funeral Home.

Mike was born, Michael Lynn Cummins  January 13, 1958. He was the firstborn child of Lynnwood Dee and Wilma Jean (Davis) Cummins. Mike graduated Marion Sr. High School in Marion, Arkansas in 1976. After graduation, he joined the United States Navy, where he served his country admirably for over 20 years.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Lynnwood and Wilma Cummins; and step- son, Kinley Leist.Micheal is survived by his stepdaughter, Shawna Leist; granddaughter, McKinzie Leist; sisters, Ann Hall, Kathy Ligon, Laura Thomas, and Vicki Cummins; brother, Jimmy Cummins, and numerous nieces and nephews, whom he loved dearly.

    My thoughts and prayers are with each of you . It has been a very long time since I have seen Mike. We lived down the street from each other. I remember Mike as a very nice person . He was about the only one that had a car and I rode to school with him. One morning we were on the road by school. It was raining so hard , Mike lost control and we ended up in the middle of a field and had to walk in knee deep mud to get to the school parking lot.
    I haven’t seen you in a long but I have very pleasant memories of you .
