Nelda, praying God’s comfort for you during this difficult
time.
We are so very sorry to hear of your loss of Monte Don. I let Gay know about it, and we had quite a walk down memory lane. We rode the bus with Monte Don, and Daddy and Mother (Boots and Opal Yankie) were great friends of his parents, Bit and Mugg, as well as our Grandmother Zola Whitfield Yankie. We really were neighbors or considered ourselves so living around Erath. . I spent many happy times visiting their home in Erath tagging along with Daddy on his visits.
You’re in our prayers as you travel this new road. Gay lost her husband two years ago and she is so sorry you’re now experiencing this deep loss. We send our love and prayers. Gay Yankie Sidarous and Nancy Yankie Sidarous

Thoughts and prayers for you.
Will forever miss Monte. He was a true and faithful friend. We had so many good times hunting, fishing and camping with Monte and Nelda and Monte Glynn. I know Monte Don and Monte Glynn have reunited again, and now they’re awaiting Nelda’s arrival. Love and prayers go out to Nelda.
Nelda my heart goes out to you at this time. May the Lord give you peace and comfort in the days ahead. Know how much you are loved by all your friends but mostly by your Savior.
Nelda,
I am very sorry to hear about Monte Don. Over the years I always enjoyed talking to Monte Don, and the last times at Golden Corral. He will certainly be missed. You will be in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time.

Just ran across this and wanted to let you know that you are in Scot’s and my thoughts and prayers.
Mont and Nelda will forever have a special place in our hearts as they were so good to us and the best people we have ever come across. We are so sorry for your loss. Also know we think of you more than you know.
But I can’t help imagining the reunion between Mont and Monte, oh what a beautiful picture in my mind.
