Neal Williams, known as PaPa Neal to his closest friends, 71, of Waco passed away December 15, 2014.

Neal was born February 19, 1943 in Waco, TX to Olin and Janice Williams. He married CJ on Sept. 29, 1988. He retired as an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor, and also owned Silver Rose Kennels. Neal was a member of Christian Chapel Church where he also served as Pastor.

Neal was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, CJ; adopted daughter Debra L. Young of New Boston, TX; brother Charles Williams; daughter Mitzie (Williams) and husband Jimmy Sexon of Springfield, IL; son Clinton Williams; daughter Vickie Clark; 16 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other family members.
