I was born and raised in the Waco Texas area in a small town called Lacy Lakeview. I am a very caring and compassionate person; I would like to say I get that from my mother. From a young age I knew I wanted to be an artist and share the happiness it gives me with others. I recently graduated from MCC with my Associate of Arts Degree and am continuing my education to get my certificate in Multimedia and Web Design. After obtaining my certificate, I plan on transferring to Texas Tech University to get my Bachelor of Arts in Digital Media and Professional Communication. Lake Shore Funeral Home has given me the opportunity to work in the field of graphic design and communications, furthering my experiences in the fields that I love. I enjoy being able to work with and care for the families that walk in our doors at Lake Shore.
I am also a mother to three beautiful children and a pack of four legged children. My family means the world to me, and in our spare time we enjoy exploring the outdoors, hiking, camping, fossil and rock hunting, kayaking, and more. My children are my biggest inspiration, motivation, and drive to achieve my goals and be the best version of myself. Though I never pictured myself working in the funeral home industry, I feel that I was put here for a reason. The ability to serve others and bring some comfort, even the smallest amount, through my work brings joy to my heart. At Lake Shore we get to help families remember and honor their loved ones the way they want. We get to share their precious memories and stories. It is an honor and a privilege to work with each family that walks through our doors who depend on our valued services.
