Peggy Midgett, 84, of Lacy Lakeview, passed away at a local hospital on Thursday, April 28, 2016.
Visitation: 3-5 PM, Sunday, May 1st at Lake Shore Funeral Home.
A private family service will be held Monday.
She was preceded in death by her husband Paul Midgett; parents, John and Helen (Ammar) Messarra; and brothers, George Messarra and Elie Messarra.
She is survived by her children, Diana Roberson and husband Curtis of Lorena, Helen Moss and husband Lynn of Chalk Bluff, Will Midgett and wife Terri of Lacy Lakeview, Elizabeth Mock of Hewitt, John Midgett of Waco, and Tim Midgett of Waco; grandchildren, Laura Byars, Becca Moore and husband Chris, Beth Moss, Kenny Moss, Katherine Midgett, Kristina Midgett, Marian Midgett and Evan Mock; great-grandchild, Joshua Moore; brothers, Anthony Messarra and Mereda of Friendswood, Fred Messarra of Atlanta, GA and Abe Messarra of Bryan; and numerous other relatives.
Memorials may be made to Lakeview Baptist Church of Waco or Providence Hospice.
The family would like to thank the first floor staff at St. Catherine Center for the care given to their loved one.

My thoughts and prayers are with all of Peggy’s family. Peggy was a sweet and beautiful lady inside and out. She was always a ray of sunshine and there to help others. She was a blessing to many.
