Print Obituary & Condolences
Melissa,
Glyn and I have so many fond memories of our time together at FUMC and the Beavers prayer group.
Rick was a tireless worker for the Lord, and I know he is with his Lord now. I can’t imagine the loss you are dealing with, but I know you have a strong faith to lean on.
Love, Rosalee
We didn’t have enough time with you. You are now with the Lord. Hope you and Dale don’t get into trouble knowing how many pranks you and Dale played down here. Sure will miss your silliness and games at Christmas. It will never be the same. You will always be in my heart. Love you and will forever miss you, your Big Sister.
A great man who loved the L0rd. You are missed. Condolences to all from Betty and Ramón.

Rick Lead we others fear to tread. His mild manner and steel backbone were inspiration to others. We could all learn from his example.
Wonderful man, respected leader, an example of the servants heart the Jesus would be proud of.

Melissa,
My thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time. You can only take it one day at a time. Love in Christ,
Carol Epps
For several years now, I only saw Rick during our Mission Waco annual Toy Store “Biker Run”. Yet, I felt like an old friend when we hugged. Rick’s faith, gentleness and focus on our Lord’s work was evident in that project and clearly in any effort he gave towards service to others. I shall surely miss him, but am confident of seeing him again some day. Praying you feel God’s arms around you during these difficult hours – He IS right there beside you….prayers for you, Melissa, and for your family.
I only knew Rick for a short time but I could tell that he was a special man. I am saddened by the news and will keep his family in my prayers.
I had the privilege of sitting right next to Rick every day for many years on the Job. Rick was my coworker and most of all a friend; he was a goofball and the type person that made the hard times easier and the good times more plentiful. Rick will be missed by everyone who ever had the privilege of knowing him.
Melissa,
I never met Rick, but that was evidently my loss. He sounds like such special person. I know how very difficult it is to lose those we love so much. As Willie says “It is not something we get over, the loss is just something we go through. Special prayers and hugs for you.
Susan and I send our deepest condolences.
Rick was good friend and great person.
Love and sympathy to his family.
Ride in peace my brother.
Rock and Susan Clingman.
Your family is in my prayers at this time of heart ache. May God give you peace, strength and comfort.
Rick you will always be remembered to see what’s left to be done.
