Robert L. Brown, III, 74, of Waco, passed away June, 25, 2018, in Waco, TX.

He was born Aug 11, 1943, to Robert L. Brown, Jr. and Blondelle F. Brown. Both parents have preceded him in death.
Bob joined the US Air Force in 1962 and served for eight years. He then joined the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Dept. in 1970 and served until his retirement in 1998.
He is survived by his wife, Carol; three children: son, William “Todd” Bishop and wife Michelle, daughter, Robin Bishop, and daughter, Christi Williams and husband Todd; ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; three brothers: Luke Brown and wife Shonah, Don Brown and wife Carol, Mike Brown and wife Doris.
He will be dearly missed.
