Ronald J.R. Murphree, 78, of Waco, passed away Saturday, March 22nd at a local nursing center. Funeral services will be 10AM Wednesday, March 26th at Lake Shore Funeral home Chapel with Rev. Kenneth Stone officiating. Burial will follow at Waco Memorial Park. Visitation will be 6 to 7:30PM Tuesday, March 25th at Lake Shore Funeral Home, 5201 Steinbeck Bend in Waco. Ronald was preceded in death by his parents, Elmer J.R. and Janelle (Butler) Murphree; and brother, Donald Ray Murphree.
Survivors include wife of 57 years, Jannell Murphree of Waco; son, Mark Murphree and wife Charlene of Robinson; daughters, Gina Snell and husband Jeff of Bosqueville, and Mechelle Hussain and husband Azfar of Frisco; grandchildren, Andy Daniel, Brianna Waldsmith, Marcus Cross, Rachel Walsh, Danielle Weyenberg, and Nicole Schwartinsky; and seven great grandchildren.
