Ronney Martin Kemp, age 56 of Harrison, Arkansas formerly of Waco, passed away at his home Friday, July 26, 2013. A memorial service is planned at 7 PM Thursday, August 8, 2013, at Bible Way Church located at 2800 Gurley, Waco, Texas, 76711 with Pastor David Arnett officiating. Ronney was the son of James and Rosa (Gray) Kemp. He was born August 13, 1956, in Waco, Texas. He was the fifth of six children. Ronney was a die-hard dirt track race driver and fan. He was a hard worker who believed in keeping a job. He was a believer in the saying,
