Sabion Ramone Kubitza, 22, of Mart, passed away early Sunday morning, April 18, 2021.
Service Information: 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 23, at Lakeshore Funeral Home. Burial will follow the service at Pavelka Cemetery near Mart.
His family will receive visitors at the funeral home, from 6 to 8:00 p.m., Thursday, April 22, 2021.
Sabion was born August 15, 1998 in Waco to Shannon Kubitza and Sedrick Medlock. He attended Hallsburg schools through 6th grade and graduated from Riesel High School in 2017. He loved sports and was actively involved in football, basketball and track. He attended UMHB on a football scholarship. Sabion was currently employed at A&G Irrigation.
Sabion really enjoyed the outdoors. He loved riding his motorcycle, playing golf, and shooting hoops with his friends. His dog, Rocco, was his pride and joy; he was always by his side.
Sabion is survived by his mother, Shannon Kubitza; sister, Shontel Kubitza; father, Sedrick Medlock and wife, Shanna Browder; siblings, Austin, Derrick, and Dylan; grandparents, Gary and Barbara Kubitza, Hazel and Ron DeGrate and Stanley Brooks; aunt and uncle, Joe and Melissa Kubitza; cousin, Claire Kubitza; uncle, JJ Medlock; cousins, Jayla and Jazlyn; and several other relatives and friends.
Pallbearers will be Creighton Thompson, Leighton Tindell, Jarod Pavelka , Chris Trainer, Trevian Medlock, Mikey Ruiz, Brooks Embry, and Jacob Stanford. Honorary Pallbearers will be Brealyn Williams, Tyler Piña and Nathan Skinner.
