Scott Anthony Stewart passed away peacefully at his home in Crawford, on November 6. He was surrounded by family love and divine presence. He was born on November, 20, 1951 in Ralls, Texas. Never losing his youthful spirit of adventure and fun, he loved building and flying remote control airplanes, drones, and kites. He was meant for the skies. But his humor and heart remain with us, in countless memories. He spent his last 2 years devotedly caring for his mother at her residence. Though ill when returning home, his time was spent gloriously, in God’s Grace and Love. A memorial service will be held at a later time and place to be determined.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Gilleland Stewart; his mother, Mary Margaret Stewart; his mother-in-law, Ruby Crenshaw, his grandson, Caleb Trammel-Cantrell; siblings and many other family members.
He was, and forever will be, my Long Distance Voyager. Rest now, my love. Your journey is complete.
