Shalia Maria Holland Carnley, at the young age of 36, passed away on Friday, July 12, 2024.
Celebration Of Life: 10am to 12pm Saturday, July 20 at Lake Shore Funeral Home Chapel.
Shalia was born on March 31, 1988, in Weatherford, TX. Shalia was known for her vivacious spirit and lively personality. She enjoyed socializing, always bringing a contagious energy to any gathering. Shaila’s greatest love was reserved for her 3 children and grandson. They were the light of her life, and she cherished every moment shared with them. Shalia’s infectious personality was often accompanied by her favorite saying, “You do you boo,” a saying that encouraged everyone to embrace their individuality and live life on their own terms.
Shalia Maria Carnley is survived by beloved children, Shyanne Carnley, Liberty Glover, and Axton Dillard; grandson, Sabastian Carnley. Mother, Cheryl Carnley of Lacy-Lakeview; father, Johnny Carnley of Grandview; sisters, Amy Campbell and Taylor Estes and brother, Solomon Alvarado. As well as numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Shalia will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her. Her vibrant spirit and zest for life will forever be remembered and celebrated. Rest in Peace & Fly-high baby girl!!

I’ll never forget the weekend Solomon was born. All three girls spent the weekend with me. The girls alternated between beating the living daylights out of each other and brushing my hair and doing my make up. I’ll be praying for all of you and rejoicing for Shalia that she is no longer in any pain. Sending you all my love wishing I were there to hug all of you.
Oh my heart is broken for you Cheryl and her children. I so loved Shelia to this day, she always gave me big hugs any time I saw her. My Prayers are with all of you that GOD give you comfort 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
So sorry for all of you that you have lost her. She took the battle and held on as long as she could. She is resting peacefully now and looking over everyone. Bye for now sweet angel.

I will forever be in awe of the fight you had in you for over three years, cousin. I know we didn’t see each other a lot as adults; but I will forever cherish the many childhood summers we spent together with sleepovers, camping, and spending hours at grandma’s house getting into all kinds of shenanigans. Thank you for laughs and the love, cousin; I wish more than anything that God had given you a lot more years on this earth. I love you.
Wow!! Shalia, I literally can’t believe this day has come to say I will see you again my friend. I left Aafes and stayed in contact with your mom, and like always. I continued and continued asking your mom how you were doing, And that one time that I haven’t talked to your mom in awhile, I get the news and broke my heart. I know you’re in a better place, and you’re in a better place in my heart and in memories. Receiving 2 aka R2 crew WUZ UP lol hahaha . The long days and the extremely long times we spent there, but overall it was GREAT, FUN, funny, stupid conversation, that made us laugh. Telling you all the time you look like your mother girl lol seeing them eyes roll😂 😂 😂 love it. But Us Working together trying to get a trailer done! The Things I’m going to miss most of all is that smile because you had a BIG SMILE young lady, hugs and HI FIVE after Complete the Job..I’m really going to miss you friend. I haven’t seen you since we were in high school but if there is one thing that never changed it was your shining outgoing personality. You also never missed an opportunity to talk about how much you loved your kids and how proud you are of them. It hurts my heart for your family to have to miss you but I hope you’re no longer suffering ♥️

Thank you for making me into the women i am today although it wasn’t your time i know you were ready and fought hard and you are no longer in pain me and bash man miss you so much i will forever be grateful that i had these 19 yrs with you and you even cut your grandsons umbilical cord i will forever remember that i would not of survived early motherhood without you by my side . fly high beautiful ❤️
