Thelma Hernandez Davis, 66, of Bruceville-Eddy passed away Wednesday morning, June 2, 2010, at Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center in Waco after a long, brave fight with ovarian cancer. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, June 7, at St. Eugene Catholic Church in McGregor with Father Hilario Guajardo officiating. Burial will follow at Bosqueville Cemetery. After the ceremony, the family invites friends and loved ones to join them at Bosqueville United Methodist Church for fellowship. The Vigil will be 6 to 7 p.m. followed by visitation from until 8 p.m. Sunday at Lake Shore Funeral Home, 5201 Steinbeck Bend Drive. Mrs. Davis will be available for public viewing starting Sunday morning.
Thelma was born in San Jeronimo, Guatemala, February 22, 1944. She worked at Scott and White Hospital. Thelma
